Salary Range: $65k to $70k

About the Role
The Application Delivery Officer helps provide a positive experience to end users of Yooralla’s suite of ICT applications by contributing to the development, implementation and support of those applications, with a primary focus upon Yooralla’s Customer Management System utilising Salesforce technology.
You will have a tertiary qualification in a technology related discipline, and a demonstrated interest in enterprise application delivery from requirements analysis and documentation through system configuration and reporting to testing and implementation activities. You will have a proven commitment to customer support, attention to detail and sound problem resolution skills. Exposure to Customer Relationship Management technologies would be an advantage, but self-managed and formal training in Salesforce will be provided over time.
This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills across the entire application delivery life cycle whilst helping to enhance service delivery to Yooralla’s customers, to improve the productivity of Yooralla’s workforce, and to enrich Yooralla's management of our information assets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
-Tertiary qualifications in a technology related discipline
-Exposure to a mid- sized commercial ICT environment
-Versatile technology and business skill set oriented to enterprise application delivery;
-Strong written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills;
-Expertise in the Microsoft suite of desktop productivity applications;
-A collaborative approach and willingness to learn;
-Current driver's licence to drive in Australia;
