About the Role
Yooralla is seeking an experienced and pragmatic Enterprise Architect within our Information & Technology Services Division, to help establish and maintain our strategic technology and applications road-map with a 3 to 5 year time horizon, and to support tactical business and ICT initiatives on an ongoing basis. Your proven ability to assess ICT landscapes, to identify options to effectively align business requirements with technology capabilities, and to champion delivery of ICT solutions will enable you to make a far-reaching contribution to Yooralla.
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Enterprise Architect will develop a sound understanding of Yooralla’s current application and technology topology, and emerging business needs, and use that understanding to develop actionable short-term and long-term plans, and provide leadership balancing investment, effort and risk with business outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
-Tertiary qualifications in a technology related discipline
-6+ years’ experience working within a mid- to large- sized IT environment
-3+ years’ experience working in a Technology / Application / Enterprise Architecture role in a mid-sized IT environment across a wide range of technologies and applications
-2+ years’ experience working as a senior member of an IT management team including people management, project initiation and workload management
-Demonstrable understanding of a wide range of architecture models, service deployment models and operational and security frameworks
-Demonstrable experience presenting to Executive and senior stakeholder forums
-A strong capacity for systematic analysis and problem solving.
-Technical writing skills with the ability to develop policies and procedures, reports, concept papers, overview diagrams and project definitions
-An insightful, flexible and outcome-focussed approach
-Ideally, an understanding of the Not For Profit sector and of Customer Relationship Management technologies such as Salesforce
