IT Asset and Administration Officer

About the Role
This is a new role that has been developed to coordinate activities around the end to end management of IT Assets. Working as part of the IT Operations Team, you will report to the IT Service Desk Manager where your main responsibilities will include procurement, deployment and disposal of IT assets.
Although a technical background is not required for this role, this is a unique opportunity to further develop your IT skills. An understanding of IT asset management processes along with strong administrative skills will ensure you are successful.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
-IT asset management experience
-A good understanding of IT terminology
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors
-Sound client focused approach delivering support services to a diverse customer base
