|For a limited time, Yooralla is offering financial bonuses to any established allied health professional (grade two and above), registered psychologist or established specialist behaviour support practitioner who joins our experienced, supportive team. This role is eligible.
You will receive a $1,500 (gross) bonus paid on commencement of your employment in an eligible role with Yooralla, and you'll receive a further $1,500 (gross) on successful completion of your six-month probation. If you're referred to us by a current Yooralla Allied Services or Specialist Behaviour Support employee, then the person who referred you will also receive $1,500 (gross) as a thank you for referring you.
This applies to all applications for eligible roles received by 31 January 2022.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic our multi-disciplinary team. This role ensures customer/family centred practice across the lifespan, providing therapy service to support children and adults with a disability to pursue the lifestyle of their choice, maximise their functional skills and promote physical health and well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Allied Health (Speech Pathology)
- SPA Membership
- Clear NDIS Check
- Working with Children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
- An experience working with people with disabilities with complex needs
- Experience working in a trans or multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrate positive working relationships with customers/participants, their families, all divisions of Yooralla and the broader sector that enhance quality outcomes for people with
- Deliver high standards of performance and customer satisfaction that helps to promote
- Use practice frameworks that ensure the involvement at each decision making point for customers/participants, families and significant others as applicable
