About the Role

As part of the People & Culture Team, this position provides advice and support to management across Yooralla to ensure Employee Relations matters are managed effectively. This includes:

  • Provision of timely advice to managers on employee and industrial relations issues
  • Award and Agreement interpretation
  • The management of grievances
  • Assistance with the negotiation of Enterprise Agreements
  • Representation of Yooralla in industrial forums
  • Participation in broader people and culture projects

About You:

 To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Experience in a broad range of Employee Relations related activities
    • Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and other relevant Employment related legislation
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Experience with Award and Agreement interpretation                            
    • Practical experience in providing strategic advice and assistance in industrial relations

            and employee relations matters in a way which facilitates others to manage issues


  • Current driver's licence to drive in Australia
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Employee Relations with significant Employee Relations Experience
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
