About the role
We are seeking experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologists for permanent roles in Melbourne's eastern region. In this role, you’ll deliver best-practice, client-centred, evidence-based therapy services to children and young people with disabilities, by supporting them with communication, mealtime safety, and overall health and wellbeing, to achieve their goals and participate meaningfully in their communities.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering therapy at home, in educational settings, in the community, onsite at one of our clinics or via Telehealth.
- Providing family coordination and indirect client services.
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
About You
You’re an enthusiastic Speech Pathologist with:
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration.
- Experience working in a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients and families.
- A commitment to professional growth, clinical excellence and self-reflection.
- Competence with IT systems, especially client management platforms.
- A valid Australian driver’s license and own vehicle for travel across Melbourne’s Eastern Region.
