If you’re looking for great work/life balance and a rewarding career supporting people with disability to live the lives they choose, then this is the job for you.

At Yooralla, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive difference, supporting people at home in Shared Supported accommodation and Independent Living settings, and occasionally in the community, to achieve their goals

  1. Make meaningful connections and contribute to your local community. Enjoy rewarding (and at times fun) work where you can give back to the community and support people with disability to achieve their life goals; and maybe even to achieve something they may not otherwise have done without your support…how good would that feel for everyone involved?
  2. The ultimate work/life balance – you’ll have flexibility with when and where you work, to fit in around your family, study or other commitments. Imagine how satisfying it would be going home from work after really making a difference in someone’s life?
  3. You’ll have the support of other likeminded teammates and a large, established organisation and you’ll be part of something bigger, as we work together supporting our clients to achieve. We will give you all the support you need – including with safety, quality and compliance – because these are important to us, and they will need to be important to you too. You’ll undertake training and development, and there will be opportunities to develop your career, including support to undertake a professional qualification.
  4. We offer a competitive hourly salary. You might get paid more than you think, and you can pick up additional shifts when they suit you! Plus, you have the option of generous salary packaging benefits to increase your take home pay and reduce your taxable income.
