Volunteer Opportunity -  Performing Arts Support

Are you passionate about the performing arts and looking for a rewarding way to give back to the community?

Yooralla’s Macey Heights service is seeking a dedicated Volunteer to support our clients – people with disabilities – who have a keen interest in performing arts. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our end-of-year performance by assisting with props, costumes, and creative preparations.

Key Details

• Location: Avondale Heights, VIC
• Day Required: Fridays
• Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Duration: 10 months
• Skills/Qualifications: Background in graphic design, arts, crafts, or related fields is desirable but not essential. Creativity and enthusiasm are most important!

 Volunteer Role Includes 

• Assisting with designing and creating props and costumes for performances
• Supporting clients in their artistic expression and creativity
• Helping with event preparations for the annual end-of-year performance
• Working alongside staff to create an inclusive and engaging arts experience

For a successful appointment with Yooralla, you must provide National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening check.
