As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and, where applicable, their families. This position is based in Clayton.

About You
To be successful in this role you'll share Yooralla's Values and have:
- Management Experience: Demonstrated management experience, preferably within a community services environment.
- Sector Knowledge: Understanding of legislation and standards relevant to the disability sector.
- Person-Centered Approach: Knowledge and understanding of how to support staff in implementing contemporary and person-centered approaches to uphold the rights and support needs of individuals with disabilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Resource Management: Demonstrated ability to manage financial and staff resources within a complex environment.
- Initiative and Organization: Excellent initiative, self-directed work practices, and highly developed organizational skills.
- A relevant qualification and/or significant experience in the human services area
