About the Role
We have a Community Inclusion Coordinator position available in our Community Inclusion division – for our South region
The coordinator is responsible for the provision of Person-Centered support services that empower people with disability to achieve their potential.
You will be joining a highly experienced and supportive team, with excellent induction and training support offered, as well as extensive ongoing learning and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Participant Empowerment
- Program Coordination and Service Delivery
- Undertake a range of administrative tasks like Rostering/Medication Audits/Incident Reporting/Maintenance of client files to name a few
- Supervision and Teamwork
- Professionalism and Communication
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated experience within the disability or similar sector
- Person Centered thinking and Practice
- Sound discipline knowledge
- Knowledge of computing systems
- Working knowledge of statutory requirements relevant to the workplace
Mandatory Requirements
· International Police Check (if required)
· Working with Children Check
· NDIS Worker Screening Check
· Current driver's licence to drive in Australia (if required)
· Requirement to use own smartphone or tablet device for receiving shifts and client confirmation of attendance
