About the role

We are seeking experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapists for a permanent role in Melbourne’s Northern region. In this role, you’ll deliver best-practice, client-centered, evidence-based therapy services to children and young people with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their goals and participate meaningfully in their communities.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing therapy at home, in educational settings, or within the community.
  • Enhancing clients' functional skills, independence, and overall wellbeing.
  • Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
  • Coordinating family support and indirect client services.

About You

You’re an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with:

  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience working in a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients and families.
  • A commitment to professional growth and self-reflection.
  • Competence with IT systems, especially client management platforms.
  • A valid Australian driver’s license and own vehicle for travel across Melbourne’s Northern Region.
