In this role, with the support of the Community Access Manager you will support a team of Disability Support Staff and work collaboratively the schools, children and parents and or primary careers to foster positive relationships in the community and create meaningful and engaging experiences to support children’s learning, achievement, engagement and wellbeing?
This is a flexible part-time role. After School Care: 10:30am – 6:30pm, School Holiday Vacation Care: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Includes weekly additional administrative time.
About you
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced coordinator to support in the development and lead our OSHC Services.
To be successful in this role you'll share Yooralla’s values and have:
- Bachelor’s Degree is highly desirable.
- Experience in the Early Childhood, Education, or School Aged Care or disability sector
- Strong ability to develop high-level strategies for OSHC programs, while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships across multiple sites.
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, with a proactive “can do” attitude and willingness to engage in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Committed to empower children and young people to reach their goals and uphold quality and safeguards.
- Ability to provide positive mentoring to towards team members
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificate.
Successful appointment with Yooralla is subject to mandatory safeguarding checks, including a Working with Children's Check and evidence of Australian work rights, etc.
