Join our High Intensity Outside School Hours Team working in a specialist school setting and become an integral part of our mission to support school-aged children and young people (aged 5-18) with disabilities in choosing the lives they want to live.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with fellow educators/OSHC team, children and parents to foster positive relationships in the community and create meaningful and engaging experiences to support children’s learning, engagement and wellbeing.
We have casual and/or part time positions available working Monday to Friday
After School Care: 3.00pm - 6:00pm
Vacation Care: 9.00am-6:00pm

About you
We're looking for people who are passionate, have a great attitude and an eagerness to learn. To be successful in this role you'll share Yooralla’s values and have:
- experience in the OSHC/early education or disability services sector.
- Qualifications or be actively working towards a certification in alignment with the Victorian ACECQA National Quality Framework- desirable
- willingness to be committed to empowering children/young people to reach their goals, and to upholding quality and safeguards in your everyday work
- effective communication skills, and good English literacy to communicate well with our clients
- ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
- willingness to support children/young people with personal care activities
- Willingness to obtain a First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates if you don’t already have one.
- Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
- Completed or willingness to complete IncludeED@OSHC learning frameworks/modules
