Vacation Care:
9:00am – 5:00pm

In this role, you will lead the OSHC Program and work collaboratively with the school, children and parents to foster positive relationships in the community and create meaningful and engaging experiences to support children’s learning,  engagement and wellbeing.

About you 

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced co-ordinator to develop and lead our High Intensity OSHC Service.

To be successful in this role you'll share Yooralla’s values and have:  

  • Completed a Diploma or above in Child Care, Education, Community Services, (or ACECQA equivalent) is essential.
  • Proven leadership experience in the Early Childhood, Education, Disability or School Aged Care sector.
  • Knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQF) and Child Safe Standards.
  • Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in OSHC, including demonstrated use of the My Time, Our Place framework.
  • Strong ability to develop high-level strategies for High Intensity OSHC programs, while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificate. 

Successful appointment with Yooralla is subject to mandatory safeguarding checks, including a Working with Children's Check and evidence of Australian work rights, etc.
