About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies that drive impactful outcomes. You’ll collaborate with operational teams, provide insightful financial analysis, and champion process improvements that enhance efficiency across the organisation. This is more than a numbers role—it’s about building relationships and supporting programs that change lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support sound decision-making.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring compliance with Australian Accounting Standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to build financial capability and identify opportunities for improved performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including financial systems integration projects.
What we are looking for
- Strong experience in financial analysis, management reporting, and budgeting.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) and a relevant Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience working within the NFP sector or similar industry.
