About the Role
We have an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who is ready to make a meaningful impact.
Reporting to the Director of Home and Specialist Services, you will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of high‑quality, innovative and cost‑effective services across the region. You’ll guide and mentor a team of Managers, empowering them to deliver best‑practice, person‑centred support to people with disability.
Collaboration is key in this role you will work closely with internal and external partners, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while maintaining all operational, legislative and quality requirements.
About You
You’re someone who is motivated, compassionate and committed to making a difference in the lives of people with disability.
This role blends strategic and operational leadership, giving you the opportunity to influence outcomes at a systemic level while supporting teams on the ground.
We’d love to hear from you if you bring experience in:
- Leadership within Disability, Health or Community Services
- Managing large and diverse teams, including coaching and developing leaders
- Embedding person‑centred practices in service delivery
- Financial management and analysis
- Identifying and managing risks in complex service environments
- Leading change initiatives with positive outcomes
- Building partnerships with stakeholders such as customers, government, universities and industry partners
- Achieving strong results through others
And you will possess:
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, facilitation and networking skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities
- Strategic thinking, planning and organisational capability
- A commitment to delivering on goals and fostering a culture of quality
- A genuine client‑focused approach that centres the whole person and their life circumstances
