About the Role
The Administration Officer is responsible for the efficient delivery of administrative support to the Community Services Division.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- To develop and maintain appropriate administrative systems and records associated with the Community Services division.
- To assist with the preparation and writing of reports and submissions
- Participate in meetings and prepare agendas and take minutes
- Provide support to Community Access managers and coordinators to ensure that all billing is entered and processed in a timely manner
- Utilise reports to ensure accuracy in billing, and take steps to proactively resolve issues identified
About You
If you are passionate about enriching the lives of individuals with disability, you will need:
- Proven administrative experience.
- Strong computer skills, including use of Outlook, Excel, client management systems
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work well in a team and to undertake allocated tasks independently
- Good time management and organisational skills

- Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia (Australian Passport/Australian Birth Certificate/ Australian Citizenship Certificate or International Passport & Visa)
- A copy of your Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employer)
- A current Australian driver’s license.
- If you have lived or worked overseas in the last ten years for a period of 12 months or more, we require a certified copy of your International Police Check, or evidence of applying for an international police check. The Police Check must cover the entire period you were overseas.
