Senior Application Delivery Officer

Division:  Information and Technology Services                 

Salary Range: $90k to $95k

About the Role

Our Information & Technology Division is undertaking an exciting period of application enhancement, particularly focussed upon our mission-critical Salesforce environment, and is seeking the services of a Senior Application Delivery Officer to contribute across the entire application delivery life-cycle.

You will have a tertiary qualification in a technology related discipline, and proven expertise in application delivery from analysis, design and documentation through system configuration and reporting to testing and implementation activities. You will have the capability to work autonomously on significant projects, and the ability to provide guidance to junior staff and external partners. Exposure to Customer Relationship Management technologies would be an advantage, but self-managed and formal training in Salesforce will be provided over time.

This is a unique opportunity to work with internal and external partners on a variety of application delivery initiatives to help improve service delivery to Yooralla’s customers, to enhance the productivity of Yooralla’s workforce and to help Yooralla better understand and manage our information assets. You will have an orientation to metrics such as Key Performance Indicators, a strong appreciation of operational disciplines such as Change Management, and the ability to plan and manage evolution of major applications.

About You:

 To be successful in this role, you will need:

-Tertiary qualifications in a technology related discipline

-At least 4 years application delivery experience in a mid- to large- sized ICT environment, ideally working with Customer Relationship Management technologies;

-Strong understanding of application delivery life-cycle and project management techniques including vendor liaison;

-Strong written communication skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills in both business and technical contexts;
-Expertise in the Microsoft suite of desktop productivity applications;

-A collaborative approach and willingness to learn;

-Current driver's licence to drive in Australia;
